Recently I’ve stumbled upon some really great photo editing Web sites. I’m obsessed with photos that have that old Polaroid look to them. Since I can’t get my hands on a Polaroid camera, these sites will work just fine!
1. Picnik – http://www.picnik.com/
My friend Casey, shared this awesome site/Facebook app that allows you to pull your photos from wherever they currently live – Facebook, Photobucket, Flickr, Picasa, or your comp. You can do silly things like add mustaches, distort colors, round edges and create collages. What’s really convenient is once you’re done editing your photo you can publish it to your Facebook or Twitter account (there are other options too!). I liked using Picnik – and enjoy the ability to pull from my Facebook albums best.

2. Rollip – http://www.rollip.com/
While reading TechCrunch, I discovered a new startup, Rollip. Rollip is pretty basic and simple. Pick the style of photo you want and upload your photo to start the transformation. You can save your image, e-mail it, or upload it to Facebook.

Happy editing!

Thanks for this post – I’m going to check out Rollip. I do a lot of this stuff in Photoshop using actions and frames, but this seems like a quicker and easier way to do it when I don’t have access to my home computer.
